How it works:

1. Send us your image by email – preferably clear, bright and well-lit (e.g. scanned or photographed in daylight).
2. Sit back – we’ll take care of the rest and create your individual piece of jewelry with great attention to detail.

Stainless steel jewelry is very robust, rust- and nickel-free, and therefore skin-friendly. As a result, it generally doesn't trigger allergic reactions. Furthermore, it virtually never tarnishes or stains.

• Please use plain white paper without lines
• Since the pendant is round and delicate, try to make the text or drawing you design relatively round and simple so that the text or drawing looks nice on the pendant.

1st If you already know the coordinates, you can write them directly in the comments when ordering.

2nd If you don't know the coordinates, you can just tell us the address in the comments and we will find the coordinates for you. For example:

3. If you want to find the coordinates yourself, you can use Google Maps. Simply search for the address, right-click on the location and select "What's here?" This will show you the exact coordinates that you can then use for the engraving.

We aim to prepare and dispatch your package from our warehouse within 2-3 working days of your order. You will receive a tracking email once the order has been dispatched.
If you are in a hurry or want to receive the order by a certain date, just let us know in the comments and we will try to adjust the shipping accordingly to accommodate your wishes. 😊
Please note that packages will not leave our warehouse on weekends and local holidays.
