Delivery to Switzerland: import tax and fees
Switzerland is not part of the EU. Our prices and shipping costs therefore do not include any Swiss charges. Since 2024, there has been no customs duty on jewellery. On import, however, Swiss VAT of 8.1% is levied on the value of the goods plus shipping costs, and the delivery service also charges a handling fee. You pay both directly to the delivery service – we have no control over this and can neither calculate these amounts in advance nor refund them.
If the tax amount is below 5 francs, i.e. for an order value including shipping of around 62 francs, neither tax nor fee is generally charged.
