How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within Germany currently takes 3-5 working days.
to EU countries approx. 7–10 working days,
And to non-EU countries, it can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the country.
Will my jewelry come with gift packaging?
Of course! Our Vivianna gift box is not only high-quality and stylish – perfect for a gift – but also super practical for everyday jewelry storage. ✨ A true all-rounder!
Could you add a personal greeting card to my gift?
Of course! Simply send us your desired text – either as a message with your order or by email.
We'll create a pretty little card from it and include it directly in the package. This way, you can either present the piece of jewelry in person or have it sent directly to the lucky recipient.
Is it possible to change the size of this bracelet or necklace?
Yes, that's usually possible! Each of our jewelry pieces is individually made for you in our Hamburg workshop, which makes them very flexible.
Most products can be adjusted in size, changed in color, or even completely recombined according to your own ideas.
However, due to material properties, there are some exceptions where resizing is not possible. Just write to us if you're unsure – we're happy to help!
Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?
It depends entirely on the material. Here's a brief overview:
1️⃣ Stainless steel jewelry:
Yes, our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof ! You can wear it without any problems while washing your hands, in the rain, or while playing sports – it will stay with you. But we would recommend taking it off for a dive or a long bubble bath.
2️⃣ 925 silver:
Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is also water-resistant thanks to high-quality 18k gold plating or rhodium plating and a special protective treatment. However, silver is more delicate than stainless steel. Therefore, it's best not to wear it while showering or playing sports to protect the plating.
3️⃣ Natural materials (such as leather or real flowers):
These little treasures don't like water. Think of it this way: Would you jump through puddles in leather shoes? Probably not, right? 😉 The same applies to our jewelry made from natural materials – they'll thank you with a longer lifespan.
Oh dear, I ordered my gift at the last minute. Is there any chance I can get it earlier?
In a hurry? No worries! Our official delivery time is 3–5 days , including 1–3 days of production time . If you're really in a rush, just send us a message or an email. We'll do our best to make your product as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address? Or have the gift sent directly to the recipient?

Simply send us a message with the new address, and we'll change it for you.
If you'd like to send the gift directly to the recipient, no problem! Just let us know the delivery address – we'll take care of it. And don't worry: we won't include the invoice in the package.
