How long does delivery take?
Including 2–3 working days for production, standard delivery takes 5–7 working days within Germany,
8–10 working days to Austria, 9–12 working days to Switzerland
and 8–12 working days to the rest of Europe.
Does my jewellery come in gift packaging?
Of course! Our Vivianna gift packaging isn’t just high-quality and stylish – perfect for a gift – but also super handy as everyday jewellery storage. A true all-rounder!
Can you add a personal greeting card to my gift?
Of course! Just send us the text you’d like – either as a note with your order or by email.
We’ll turn it into a pretty little card and put it straight into the parcel. That way, you can either hand over the jewellery in person or have it sent directly to the lucky recipient.
Is it possible to change the size of this bracelet or necklace?
Yes, in most cases that’s possible! Every one of our pieces is made individually for you in our Hamburg workshop, which makes them very flexible.
Most products can be adjusted in size, changed in colour or even recombined just the way you want.
However, because of material properties, there are some exceptions where resizing isn’t possible. Just write to us if you’re unsure – we’ll be happy to help!
Is your jewellery waterproof?
That depends entirely on the material. Here’s a quick overview:
1. Stainless steel jewellery:
Yes, our stainless steel pieces are waterproof! You can wear them with no problem while washing your hands, in the rain or during sport – they won’t let you down. But for a dive or a long bubble bath, we’d rather you took them off.
2. 925 sterling silver:
Our 925 sterling silver pieces are also waterproof thanks to high-quality 18k gold plating or rhodium plating and a special protective treatment. Even so, silver is more delicate than stainless steel. So it’s better not to wear them in the shower or during sport, to protect the coating.
3. Natural materials (such as leather or real flowers):
These little treasures don’t like water. Think of it this way: would you go jumping in puddles in leather shoes? Probably not, right? The same goes for our pieces made from natural materials – they’ll thank you for it with a longer lifespan.
Oh dear, I ordered my gift at the last minute. Is there any chance I could get it sooner?
Short on time? Don't worry! Our official delivery time is 5–7 working days (within Germany), including 2–3 working days of production time. If you're really in a hurry, just send us a message or an email. We'll do our best to make your piece as quickly as possible.
But please note that we can't guarantee the exact arrival time due to shipping and transport conditions. We'll still keep our fingers crossed that it arrives on time!
Can I change my delivery address? Or have the gift sent directly to the recipient?
Of course!
Just send us a message with the new address and we'll change it for you.
If you'd like the gift sent directly to the recipient, no problem! Just let us know the delivery address – we'll take care of it. And don't worry: of course we won't put the invoice in the parcel.
