Is a greeting card included?
Yes. We print your message on a card free of charge and enclose it. You enter it in your basket, in three fields: greeting, message, signature. Around 150 characters fit on it in total, so keep your text short.
How long does production take?
We do the engraving ourselves, which takes us 2–3 working days. Within Germany, your gift usually reaches you after 5–7 working days. It's busier than usual before Mother's Day, so it's best to order one to two weeks in advance.
When is Mother's Day?
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, it's always on the second Sunday in May. So the date changes every year.
How is it packaged, and can I exchange it?
Every piece comes in a jewellery box, ready to give straight away. You can return non-personalised pieces within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn and undamaged. For personalised pieces that fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal and no general right of return or exchange; on request, we will consider a goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis. If something is damaged, the statutory warranty applies: write to us and you can choose whether we repair it or send you a replacement.
